Sonoma - Aswan Sister City Committee a nonprofit 501c3 organization

The Sonoma - Aswan Sister City Committee operates under the auspices of the Sonoma Sister Cities Association.  Their mission is to develop peace through mutual understanding, one individual and one community at a time.  All proceeds support educational, medical and cultural exchanges and programs between Sonoma and Aswan.  We proudly won the Sonoma July 4th parade float "Our Shared Heritage - Our Shared World" and a Sister Cities International grant to help alleviate poverty in Africa.  New members are welcome.  Please visit us on the web:  http://www.sonomasistercitiesassoc.org/Pages/aswan_about.htm
